At Trendy Footwear, we want you to love every step you take. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or outer cardboard box.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
